All emails and newsletters from our sites allow you to opt out of further mailings. Urban Nirvana Inc. will never purposefully sell trade, rent, exchange or otherwise share your personal information with any other person, company or organization.

Refund Policy
No refunds will be provided for deposits or monies paid or cancellations received less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment.
Refund Policy for Products and Services Purchased Online:
Unless the product is defective, products purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refund Policy for Products Purchased in Our Stores:
Products purchased in our stores can be exchanged within 15 days when accompanied with a receipt. We do not issue refunds. Products must be unused and in original, undamaged packaging. There are no returns or exchanges on opened personal products.
Refund Policy for Class Passes and Memberships***
Class Passes and Memberships cannot be refunded or returned, exchanged or transferred between persons. 5, 10 and 20 class passes expire one year from date of purchase. Passes, memberships and annual memberships are valid at both locations.
Refund Policy for Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates cannot be returned or surrendered for cash or transferred between persons. Gift Certificates may be used at both locations.
Missed Appointments – Respecting each other’s time: When you book an appointment or pre-register for a class with us, that time is set aside for you. We don’t over book and we try to always be ready for you when you arrive. Our practitioners and teachers are there for your scheduled time. In return, we ask that you keep your promise to us and show up for your appointment or class on time.
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.
Cancellations
In the event that you unable to keep your scheduled appointment with us, please contact us by phone at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not reach us, please leave a message on our voicemail system. If we do not hear from you within this timeframe, and you do not keep your appointment, the above policy will be applied.
Note: We recognize that no one is perfect and there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.) and so your therapist may make an exception to the above policies on those rare occasions.
